Miscota had a huge problem. They offered thousands of products, in dozens of categories. Their users were having difficulty finding the right product for them if they didn’t have the exact name.
We partnered with their in house developer to create a system which allows for searching and categorizing products based on brands, animal, price range, use, and many more. The only thing their customers needed to know is rough idea of what they are looking for and then a variety of products perfect for what their needs would appear alongside suggestions to increase their cross promotions.
